When refunds are available and when they are not.
Design services are custom professional work. Refunds are handled carefully on a case-by-case basis. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available.
A full refund is available if you cancel within 48 hours of payment and no design work has been started. Contact hello@aceprodesign.com with your order reference number within this window. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
If design work has begun but the project has not yet reached a defined delivery milestone, a partial refund covering the unstarted portion of work may be arranged at our discretion. The percentage refunded reflects the work completed relative to the total scope.
We do not issue refunds once project work has been fully completed and delivered. We do not refund based on subjective preference changes after delivery if the work aligns with the agreed brief. If you believe delivered work does not match the agreed scope, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review the claim.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@aceprodesign.com. We respond within 2 business days with an assessment. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and constructively.
